Another BT Van In for Urgent Repair

Another BT van has arrived at our Rhyl workshop for urgent repair.

For a fleet operator, a vehicle off the road can quickly become more than just a vehicle problem.

It can mean a driver unable to work, appointments being affected and another vehicle having to be found to keep things moving.

That is why fleet work needs a slightly different approach.

Getting the right information quickly

When an urgent fleet vehicle arrives, the first job is establishing what is actually wrong.

Speed matters, but so does getting the diagnosis and repair right.

We follow the same approach we use with every vehicle.

We do not guess.

We inspect it, test what needs testing and report what we find so the fleet company has clear information to make the next decision.

Communication matters when a vehicle is off the road

A vehicle sitting in a workshop with nobody knowing what is happening does not help the driver or the fleet operator.

The quicker we can establish the problem, communicate what we have found and get the required work authorised, the quicker the vehicle can move towards getting back on the road.

That is a big part of what good fleet support looks like to us.

Keeping fleet vehicles moving

Our Rhyl workshop supports cars, vans and commercial vehicles for fleet and leasing customers.

That can include servicing, mechanical repairs, tyres, diagnostics, EV and hybrid work and more complex faults when required.

For vehicles that are already off the road, the priorities are straightforward:

Assess it properly.
Communicate clearly.
Carry out the authorised repair.
Get it back on the road.

Back to work

Getting the repair completed is only part of the job.

The result that matters is getting the vehicle back to the fleet and ready to work again.

We check it properly.
We explain it properly.
We do the job properly.
