Payment Assist gives eligible Shaw’s customers another way to pay for servicing, tyres and repairs without changing how we recommend work.
Sometimes a vehicle needs work at a time when you were not expecting the bill.
That does not change how we approach the vehicle.
We still check what is wrong, explain what we have found and let you decide what gets done.
But if you decide you want the work carried out, we can also offer eligible customers the option to spread the cost using Payment Assist.
What is Payment Assist?
Payment Assist is a separate payment option that can allow eligible customers to spread the cost of vehicle servicing, tyres and repairs rather than paying the full amount in one payment.
Interest-free payment plans are available, subject to eligibility, approval and the terms offered at the time.
It does not change what we recommend
This bit matters to us.
Offering a way to spread the cost is not a reason to recommend more work.

We show you what we have found.
We explain what needs doing and what can wait.
You decide what gets done.
Payment Assist is simply another payment option if you decide to go ahead.
How does it work?
If Payment Assist is suitable for the work you have authorised, our team can explain the option and provide the information needed to apply.
Applications are subject to eligibility, credit and affordability checks and approval by Payment Assist.
You will be shown the payment terms before agreeing to anything, so you can decide whether it is right for you.
Need to talk through your repair?
If we have inspected your vehicle and recommended work, you are always welcome to ask us to explain what we have found and your options.
