What do I do if I have a puncture?

If you have a puncture, pull over when it’s safe to do so and replace the punctured tyre with your spare tyre. Once you’ve done that bring the tyre into Shaw's Service Station where we can fix it for you professionally and safely.

First, we have to check the tyre to ensure that it isn’t too damaged to be repaired. All the puncture repairs that we do at our workshops in Rhyl are done following strict government guidelines which means that damage to the side of a tyre cannot usually be repaired, whereas most damage to the tread area of the tyre can be repaired.

All our technicians are skilled and experienced in puncture repairs so when you bring your car to either of our branches for repairs, you know that it’s in good hands.
