“I collected my car today and I cannot praise the service enough. I was kept up to date throughout the repair, advised on what was needed along with costs and given time lines of parts arriving and when my car would be ready. When I came to collect the cost was actually less than first estimated. I was made to feel valued from the first phone call to my last interaction today. Danielle is an absolute credit to the company, thank you for all of your help and your friendliness. Thank you also to Kyle who has repaired and MOT my car. “Owning a Tesla, I have used Shaws Service Station in Rhyl for MOTs and service work and have found them to be informative, very helpfull and willing to do much more than many other garages. Danielle kept me well informed whilst Joe and Rich carried out the repair.
Tesla Service in Chester were, as usual, very busy. Shaws came to my rescue, although the part required from Tesla took a little while, Danielle kept me informed, an extended wait was to be expected, as this went beyond Shaws expected repair estimate I was offered the use of a courtesy car. As it turned out, the repair was completed the following day !
Being a local company that has a Tesla experienced technician certainly makes the choice easy, it's Shaws Service Station for me !

“Took my car in for an interim service today and was very pleased with the service and price.
Booking online was really simple and once booked I received both email and text reminders about my appointment, and a reminder the day before too.
I turned up and was greeted by Danielle, who was friendly and professional. She confirmed what my car was in for and checked my contact details were correct before explaining the process, roughly how long it would take and that I should expect a call when it was ready to collect.
I received a call within the time frame given and told there was no rush to collect my car, which was a relief as I've been rushed into collecting from other garages previously.
Once again, when I arrived back at Shaw's I was greeted by Danielle (I felt like a regular at Shaw's despite it being my first visit) and was handed my keys back before going over paperwork and payment.
Danielle explained the paperwork, both the invoice and vehicle inspection paperwork and I am sure she could have gone into a lot more detail should I have asked. However I was extremely happy with the work and the cost, Curtis did a great job and quickly too!
I will definitely be returning to Shaw's again in the future, for services, MOT's and any other work that needs doing. Thank you all at the service station!”
