Shaw’s Recognised in Three Industry Awards
A finalist place at The Blend Awards and two Fleet Guy Award nominations make for a pretty good October.
It has been a busy year at Shaw’s, so it is nice to have a bit of industry recognition for the work going on behind the scenes.
Shaw’s Service Station has been named a finalist for The Blend Garage of the Year, Multilocation 2026.
We have also been shortlisted at the Fleet Guy Awards for Garage of the Year and Rising Star.
Recognition for the whole team
For us, the recognition is really about the team and the work that has gone into developing Shaw’s across both sites.
Kinmel Bay continues to look after our local MOT, servicing and repair customers, while Rhyl has grown our capability for vans, fleet, EV and hybrid work, diagnostics and more complex repairs.
Fleet has become a much bigger part of Shaw’s too.
Good fleet work is not just about repairing the vehicle. Turnaround, communication and keeping vehicles moving all matter.
A pretty good October
The awards themselves are not the target, but it is good to know the work is being noticed.
The Fleet Guy Awards take place on 9 October, followed by The Blend Awards on 10 October.
Whatever happens, being recognised in three categories is something the whole Shaw’s team can be proud of.
