Brake Pipe Replacement

Brake Pipe Replacement

Issues, pads, discs, inspection

Overview

Brake pipes carry the fluid that turns pressure on the pedal into braking at the wheels, and because they run underneath the car they take the worst of the road salt and water. Corrosion is a common MOT failure: a pipe that has thinned or started to leak is a defect that has to be put right before the car is safe to drive.

At Shaw's we replace corroded or damaged brake pipes at both branches, Kinmel Bay and Rhyl, bleed the system and check the rest of the braking components while the car is on the ramp. Parts and labour are covered by Servicesure's National Warranty.

If your car has just failed its MOT on brake pipes, book the repair here and the retest with us.
