“I brought my mini cooper in for a service as Cambrian has looked after our other vehicles , from the initial phone call to book in the service was excellent , the service advisor explained in full detail the service i needed & the products they would use to carry this out and a price . On the day of the service i dropped my mini off at 8.30am i was greeted by two lovely ladies on reception who again expalined in depth what would happen with my car , I recieved a text a few hours later to say that it was ready . I collected it and once again the lovely service advisor (long dark hair didnt catch her name ) explained in full what had been done and i was very happy with the whole experience , I will 100% be back & trusting my mini with them .
