My car went in for work before Christmas and, although it wasn’t completed in time, I collected it on the 6th of January — and honestly, this didn’t bother me at all. Danielle kept us fully informed throughout, explaining any issues clearly and in a very reassuring way. I was more than happy to wait the extra week because I knew the work was being carried out professionally and in a trustworthy manner, which gave me complete peace of mind. On collection, Danielle was there as always, took the time to explain everything that had been done, and provided a full printed report from the mechanic who carried out the work. We searched shaws on google saw some good reviews and took it there and they sorted her air conditioning did full diagnostics and fixed the seal which had been leaking. Danielle the service advisor was great and kept my partner well informed and updated during the days the car was left with shaws. They were very helpful and Danielle the service advisor was very informative and kept me update as they were fixing my car . My air conditioning is now working great. I would 100% recommend this service station.”

“Shaws Rhyl had a job when it came to my car. After breaking down and having no electrical power to our car we had it recovered to shaws. We wasn't sure if it was a total loss but we wanted to try and fix it. Shaws had to try different things to try and figure out what was wrong with it but eventually found the FEM unit to be the issue. We asked that they give a price to fix it. Once we approved the repair they gave us regular updates up until completetion. We can not thank Danielle and Joe enough for the effort they put into getting the car repaired. Danielle worked hard on keeping the cost of the repair down as much as she possibly could for us and Joe did the nitty gritty work. Joe your a rockstar. I couldn't recommend the team at shaws enough.”
